Yes, that is the point of the project: correctly joined letters, right-to-left text, and tables that start from the right.
Is the conversion identical to Microsoft Word?
No. Word is a huge system with many licensed fonts and layout features. We get close for common documents such as reports and tables, and complex shapes may differ. Each tool page states its limits.
